A message from our CEO, Shahraz Kassam
At Beadazzle and Shamin Diamonds, family has always been the backbone of our business. Our family has grown over three decades to include many of you. As we navigate these uncertain times, we wanted to reassure you that we’re taking every precaution to prevent transmission of this virus – the safety of everyone in the Beadazzle family, which includes all of you, is our utmost priority.
As many of our staff and customers have vulnerable members we maintain recommended and mandated safety measures in the showroom and have made a pledge to postpromise.com.
Any store visitation is in accordance with WorksafeBC guidelines. We have a hand sanitizer for you when you enter and leave the premises. All staff and clients wear a mask while in the showroom. We provide a washable mask at no charge and you are to take that with you when you leave. Max of 2 non family members in the Shamin Showroom with a mask. Maximum of 1 non family members in Beadazzle with a mask.
As per the government's recommendations, we ask any clients who have travelled internationally within the past 14 days, or who are experiencing fever, cough or difficulty breathing, to not enter the showroom under any circumstances. We will be happy to facilitate your orders through video call/email/phone and ship it to you.
We are implementing these measures to try and help minimize the spread of the virus, while maintaining a safe working environment for our team to still be able to continue servicing our clients.
We appreciate your cooperation and partnership during these challenging times, and we will continue to evaluate and reassess as the situation evolves.
Shamin Diamonds will also be available by appointment.
Please reach out to me personally to arrange a private appointment or a video call to discuss your needs. Best way to reach me is to text me at 604-715-5143.
Thank you for your understanding,
We remain online and available for private appointments.
We always love to hear from you, and our team is available if you want to reach out – we look forward to keeping the conversation going.
We also want to thank our medical communities, all front line staff and emergency services for their tireless and selfless work.
We’re all in this together.
My very best,
